The property is in the perfect location, close to the beach, massage parlors, restaurants Including a fantastic Vietnamese restaurant on the ground floor, Starbucks too! Staff were exceptional and friendly. The hotel is clean and has everything you need. Great value for money.

Great place, choice of two pools and with attractive outdoor areas and interesting styling inside. This hotel more than filled my requirements.
The buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices of food and beverages. The rooms and beds were comfortable. This is the second time I have stayed at The One and I recommend it for value and facilities.
The lift doors have a tendency to "bite" you if you aren't quick enough! (trivial)

Location for a quick weekend away was great, close to all things needed. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms a simple but comfortable.
The noise factor, both from the hotel itself and the street. A deterrent enough that I wouldn’t stay again. The breakfast was really basic which is expected for the price but simple things like replenishing the breakfast offerings quite a bit quicker as there were consistently empty plates and stations. Even the egg/omelette station didn’t offer basic cheese.
