Best location, large rooms
The windows and doors to the balcony is not opening,they have a weird common balcony for all rooms. ac is barely functioning, refrigerator in a room doesn’t work. On the weekend nobody works , except front desk, of anything broken you meed to wait until Monday. The shower was stock and water was not going down. The cleaning lade has to fix and clean

The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, right across from a lovely park, with restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance. The staff was exceptionally helpful and attentive. They assisted with airport transportation and made us feel truly welcomed. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable double bed. We will definitely return on our next visit to Chisinau

Location was great, rooms were large, modern and clean. Aircon' worked very well.
Breakfast was quite good. Good restaurant next to the hotel.
Room service was also quite good, but the menu in the room did not match the actual food avaliable, which was strange.
Whilst breakfast was quite good, it was not consistent each day. The balcony door in my room was locked for not apparant reason. Staff did not do much to promote the hotel's wine selection. Staff seemed a bit confised about room service procedures - how to pay - how to produce a tax invoice - what was on the menu etc.

Perfectly placed for events at the palace. 10 minutes to town centre. Recent refurb. Decor fresh.
Some staff super helpful.
There were a number of snagging problems in my room; bath plug not holding in water, low pressure and only warm water in shower. Some of the lights not working, coffee machine not working and a piece of trim fell off the bed drawer.
There was resistance from one staff member about my problems when I left, mis describing the room while suggesting it was my fault! Not a great look.
