Awesome place, feels like home

The washing machine and tumble dryer did not work, we had to do our laundry in the communal location which defeats the purpose of booking an all inclusive chakrtb

All was in good order

It is located ideally to visit the Kruger Park

Kruger Park Lodge had no record of our booking when we arrived and blamed this entirely on Booking.com. The Reception staff were less than friendly in trying to resolve this issue. On our second day there a Security Guard arrived at our chalet to tell us we needed to vacate the premises. We refused as we were booked for another 2 days. The following day the same Security Guard was sent to apologise to us for the misunderstanding, but when we complained about it to the Duty Manager he was fairly unapologetic. He undertook to get the Lodge Manager to contact us which also never happened.
