Super convenient location in the center. An affordable and great Chinese restaurant right around the corner, like 4-5 minutes of walking. Friendly staff. We got a room number 5, it had a separate entrance and a strong air conditioner, without it we wouldn't survive the heat :) The access to the roof with the cathedral view is available via a separate small round stairs, and usually no one is there in the evening.
The place was three flights of stairs up, which is quite a lot with heavy luggage. In the end the receptionist joined to help us which was nice, but there could have been some information about this before.
The roof window in our room could use a cleaning.

The property was very convenient for walking around Florence. Very helpful with our check in, appreciated there welcome. Our hostess for the breakfast was lovely, really enjoyed our lattes and cappuccinos. Thank you.
The room was cleaned as best one can. Definitely needs a good coat or two of paint. The room looked tired of a lot of living.

Location, very central to the main sites in Florence.
Easy access to use Tram to and from airport.
View of Dome fantastic.
Breakfast very poor, warm coffee- could do with a machine in the dining room that enabled you to make your own Hot drink, and have more than 1 cup of coffee.
Better signage outside property, as hard to locate initially.
