Hotel Latemar

The breakfast was great; the staff were very friendly and helpful; the beds were comfortable and the room was overall clean.

Four things, from most important to least. 1. At the dinner the meat (pork out of all things) was served undercooked. To give the staff the credit, they did appologize twice. But eventually, it did not come to their mind NOT to charge me for that meal. To me it is a standard procedure for such a mis-service. Tells you a bit about priorities the hotel has. 2. The room had an odor coming from the bathroom which probably suggests a clogged septic system. Opening the window for an extended period of time helped a bit, but in general the smell stayed. 3. from 8am to 10pm behind the wall there is a loud clicking noice that I was explaiend is part of some of the mechanics of the building systems (maybe AC...). It is impossible to take a nap or go to bed early with that sound. 4. Parking might get limited. I grabbed the last spot coming in at around 6pm.

Excellent bed and pillows. Great big pool and sauna. Good choice for breakfast and good value evening meal. Helpful happy staff

Shower was a bit cosy. Tea and coffee facilities would have been a nice bonusl

Breakfest, Location, Welness (Swimming pool and Sauna)

All the staff other then main receptionist did not speak english, so it was big barrier, which led to many confusions. In general, I missed the feeling to be "welcome" guest, I felt like trouble maker.
