Best Western Aquakub

Room was a great size. Bed was very comfortable. Location was wonderful and close to the auto route.

It was complicated to get to the right place for breakfast due to the buildings not being connected. Breakfast was average. Sharing with the birds was not great.

Location perfect to enjoy activities around the lake.

It lacks a lot of maintenance. We booked the most expensive suite available for our stay. For example, door stopper has been detached, shower rack has been broken and never replaced. Shower head is faulty, bathtub has chipped corners, swimming pool tiles are coming out. And it lack of personnel to clean the entire pool. Always wet and full of water stains. Many little things are seen as no repairs done. When there is this level of charges things should be perfect. But it seems that there is lack of care to everything in the hotel.
