100% sprawdzonych opinii9 / 10Wyjątkowy·paź 2026
The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent.
I would like to extend a special thanks to Ms. Susmita from the housekeeping staff for her wonderful support to my family. It is a great place to stay.

Everything was good
Behaviour of the reception person... As during checkout...when they check the mini bar... They themselves keep the stuff which are already eaten by them and they put the charge on customer... I paid for everything but for the things which we did not eat paying for the same hurts .... The staff was rude that time and they don't listen....

it’s comfortable
as a woman I felt discriminated
for me didn’t have a take away coffee but for my boyfriend have it.
for me didn’t have pasta for order service in room but for my boyfriend have it.
I tried to contact the hotel few times before through mensagem in booking and NO REPLY.
the Laundry in the hotel messed up with our original jersey and no payment it was received.
only one woman staffs could help us to order a Uber, the Travel Desk is not helpful.
