Beautiful resort. Great amenities. Wonderful staff, met at the door with a refreshing drink and a necklace. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant was great with a large selection and the restaurant staff was attentive and friendly. The spa and pool were beautiful, as were the grounds.
We didn't like that we only stayed for 2 nights!

Dining at Panna restaurant stood out for its good food and service. The rooms were good too. The temple complex entry gate is a 20-minute walk from the hotel, while the exit gate is a 10-minute walk away. This was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The term “Temple View” is slightly misleading, as the ground-floor rooms do not offer any view, while we were told the second-floor rooms did, and one can see a temple shikaras from the swimming pool area.

Good pool. Great staff especially Mukesh who prepared a care package for our long train ride.

Terrible housekeeping.
Not great service recovery in the beginning with manager coming to meet in middle of my meal. Later it was done well before I left though
