Central location. Spacious rooms. Everything we needed.
Had a partially blocked shower drain that was a minor inconvenience that they should fix.

Very comfortable, kitchen came with stove, microwave and complete cutlery. Also has a proper dining table.
The lights were difficult to control with few lights switches. A main switch turning off all lights not great.

Great friendly knowledgable interested staff, comfy super king beds, well appointed clean rooms, close to supermarkets, Pukekura Park and downtown New Plymouth.
More coffee sachets in the room - world needs more coffee!

Conveniently located near parks and town centres
On the second night, no milk was provided. Upon enquiry, I was informed that it is their policy not to provide milk for consecutive stays, and staff advised me to purchase it from a nearby shop. This was the first time I had been faced with such a situation whilst staying at accommodation in New Zealand, and I was quite taken surprise.
With windows only on the entrance side, air circulation was poor, and the room became stiflingly hot in the evening sun.
