The room and the bathroom were very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I really liked the pillows :) They clean daily (if you need). The staff was amazing; everybody was so nice and helpful! The area is perfect for a tourist; the University metro station is very close, and there is a 0-24 groceries not far if you need anything, and a great coffee place called 365.
They also have luggage storage, so everything was amazing!
I would like to return next time I visit Barcelona.
I liked everything. One if my best experience in Europe.

Location is in the center but it is loud cause theatre in front of and homeless people under the hotel, but if you close the Window it will be okay to sleep

Amazing hotel and an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the location was perfect.
Everything was well organized, and the service exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent hospitality.

Definitely the location. Walkable and safe
Maybe they charge too much (despite being cheap for the Spanish standards) for few facilities. It’s super basic . It’s an old building so it’s ok that the tiny and narrow staircase and the old fashioned lift that can barely accommodate 2 people with a trolley case are as they are but maybe some refurbishment and riqualification would help this place score more points
