Perfect location. Right next to the nightlife street. Just walking distance to market nearby. Property is neat and clean had view of kl tower on one side and maybank building on the other side. Extremely good value for money.

The rooms were big. Living rm is big as well. Liked the ensuite toilet.
Aircon is not cold enough. My friend’s room had no hot water.

The location
It’s very old and not maintained, some sections of the apartment are quite dirty. The shower had terrible water flow and virtually stopped if you turned another shower in the apartment. The apartment is very poorly equipped with cutlery etc.
