Overall, my experience at this hostel was good, but unfortunately, one person completely ruined my stay: a German woman named Ines. I was genuinely sick with a cold and a persistent cough. I did everything I could to recover: I took medication, visited a doctor, and tried my best not to disturb anyone. Despite this, Ines made my nights extremely difficult. She complained that I was disturbing her sleep, even though I was ill and doing everything possible to get better. The situation became so unbearable that I ended up sleeping in the kitchen for an entire night because I could no longer rest peacefully in the bedroom. No guest should have to leave their bed and sleep in a kitchen simply because another person refuses to show basic understanding and compassion. I found her behavior deeply upsetting, inconsiderate, and toxic. Being sick is already difficult enough without having to deal with hostility from someone who shows no empathy. I will never forget how this experience made me feel. What should have been a pleasant stay became a very distressing experience because of this situation. My advice to the hostel management: Please take complaints like this seriously and ensure that all guests are treated with respect, especially when someone is genuinely unwell. I also hope future guests will not have to go through the same experience. Everything else about my stay was fine, but this incident left me with a very bitter impression. No one deserves to be treated this way when they are already struggling with their health.
