The professionalism of the crew and also the hospitality was astonishing and it was a wonderful experience and definitely will be repeated

Through many hotels we’ve been to, I think they have the most friendly, smiley and helpful staff ever. They are dealing great with kids “one get my kid a special colored plate just because he asked 😍“ The beach is magnificent, it’s a sandy beach with coral reef full of sea life, you can also easily swim with turtles here. Clean, specious, theme decorated rooms. The hotel has connecting rooms for family”upon availability” There are many pools in the resort and daily night animation. Food variety is great, changing every night “Asian, International and Egyptian of course”

The room size was good and the staff was so helpful

The animation team are not qualified. The pool bar was too crowd We always can’t find an umbrella and if we reserve one the worker take it after 45 mins if we are not there. The rooms’s air conditioner turns off two times a day The pool was not clean The sea is too far Low quality of the food They reduced the number of the staff Geckos are everywhere and i found one in my room
