The entrance and lobby of the hotel was beautiful, breakfast included variety of dishes and can satisfy people with varied taste. Rooms were very clean with daily change of towels.
Room service is exceptional with follow-up for special request and asking for feedback for the service. Restaurant staff also very courteous and taken good care.
Corner stand in shower area was missing, causing discomfort to keep the bodywash and shampoo bottle.
The toilet seat was not properly aligned with the commode, so there should be proper training to housekeeping staff to look into the minute details so that the Maintenance team can be informed and rectify it before a guest point it out.

Great location only a short walk to the Maharaja's Palace. The staff were excellent always friendly and helpful. They gave us an early check-in without asking for extra payment too. The buffet was good value and tasty with a limited selection of meat dishes (to be expected). Clean and spacious rooms as well.
Only thing I can think of is that Ubers had to be caught from the road outside rather than in front of reception. Not a problem though.
