The hotel is ideally located on the harbour and in walking distance to the ferry terminal and most of the tourist attractions.
Our room was a duplex with 1 double bed and two singles with a nice terrace and a beautiful view on the harbour.
The bar and restaurant offered a good choice of drinks and local food.
The waiters were very friendly and of good advice.

Location was amazing, easy access to Salamanca markets, MONA ferry, city and dining. Meals were great in both the pub and restaurant.

The location was fantastic. We had a beautiful view and enjoyed sitting out on our balcony. Our kids loved the downstairs bedroom. It was nice to have a bit of extra space. We were able to park conveniently across the road. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were so lovely.
The pillows weren’t overly comfortable and it would have been great to have some more kitchen facilities. I knew we didn’t have a kitchen but a couple of plates and knives for even a cheese plate would have been handy.

Location, close to all city activities and the waterfront. Room very spacious and light. I got upgraded to the highest floor with a view over the water.
One of the windows overlooks dirty large air-conditioning boxes.
Lots of stairs to get to the room.
Housekeeping budging into my room despite do not disturb sign hanging outside the door.
Insistance of reception on sighting my credit card despite being a repeat visitor and having already paid for the room.
