Good location and easy to get in and out of with a vehicle.
A little bit of repair and maintenance needed. A couple of electrical plugs did not work, water pressure was pretty weak in the shower, the bathroom hand basin tap was loose and flopping around and a bit of water damage on the bedroom wall that backs into the bathroom.
