Living Hotel Düsseldorf

Everything was perfect 👌

Nothing to dislike

Why i paid for taxes again? I though i prepaid them on booking. Location was great, but church infront of the hotel was too noisy

The air-conditioning was fantastic especially during the heat wave. Good sized room which was clean and very well maintained.

The location was good - quiet and still central

Reception staff at arrival were not accommodating at all - our very polite request for twin beds at the time of reservation was completely ignored (it obviously had not been considered when rooms were allocated for the weekend in the first place, and no one tried to find an acceptable solution when we checked in and were not happy at all with the assigned double bed) - very disappointing service culture! In the bathroom there were tooth paste sprinkles all over the tiles - also not very nice.
