The mattress is very firm.

Great location, lovely walk along the lake nearby, loads of shopping nearby, loads of cafes and restaurants.
Staff are friendly, polite and welcoming.
Any issues faced were swiftly and professionally resolved.
Breakfast staff are good, they remember your room number, prepare any special requests for you without prompt.
Breakfast quality is good. Plenty of vegan-friendly options, but not well labelled.
Room has an amazing view, very clean, high quality throughout. Cleaning staff are very good.
Good soundproofing. Quiet.
Most staff are not confident speaking any English, considering it is an international hotel.
Aircon in the rooms really needs replacing.
Downstairs restaurant quality is mediocre.

Nice location. Some rooms have good views.
Usually something not working: first time was the pool, this time the gym was closed.
