Property and apartment was clean and well maintained.
Very good wifi
The owners were very welcoming.
There is a guest laundry but the owner can do your washing/drying for $10. Brilliant service so we could go and explore hanmer springs without having to worry about
Towels are available for the hot springs and it is just a short walk.

It was in a good location very close to bars and restaurants and the hot pools
The hosts were quite hostile and made us feel very unwelcome. It was an unusual situation where we inadvertently booked for 2 people when 3 persons were staying in the room. Unfortunately, the hosts mistakenly assumed we were trying to deceive them when that was not the case and we happily paid for the extra person.
