Motel Mi Pi Chi

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The place itself is gorgeous, comfortable, and perfectly located, with many great restaurants and everything you need just a short distance away. But what truly made our experience special were the incredible hosts. Virginia is an amazing host — welcoming, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. Tyson deserves a very special mention. I had the misfortune of losing my phone right before arriving at the property, and I was absolutely panicked. Tyson immediately stepped in and kindly lent me his own phone so I could sort everything out. His generosity, kindness, and genuine willingness to help made a tremendous difference during what was otherwise a very stressful moment. I will always remember that gesture. It’s rare to come across people who go so far out of their way to help, and their warmth and hospitality made us feel truly cared for. Between the beautiful property, the wonderful location, and such exceptional hosts, this was a truly memorable stay. Highly recommended!

The bathroom decor was exceptional and the whole room was amazing

Room was extremely neat with daily housekeeping. Staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. The room has a bar fridge with drinks to purchase and a fridge for personal use, as well as a microwave and kettle in the room with stocked coffees and teas. There is a TV with DSTV installed for winding down, there are also free WiFi to connect to, as well as an aircon and fan in the room. I had a private viewing into the back yard, which was wonderful to get morning sun into the room. Again, the staff were incredibly friendly and willing to go the extra mile after hours for guest enquiries.

Possible rats in the flooring, however staff are aware of the problem and ensured to get rid of the pests as soon as possible. Personal preference that the pillows might need to be a more fluffy as the pillows in the room with too flat and thin to comfortably sleep on.

The accommodation was neat; clean; and had most of the equipment one required. Respect the fact that the lady at reception was lenient on us asking for some time to clean up during checkout.

1. Attempting calling the numbers on the website when we were getting lost, but to no avail. 2. I am very unhappy about the security texting us advising us of a tenant who wanted us to keep it down because they were trying to prepare for an exam! If we were having a party or the TV volume was loud, I'd understand. We now had to whisper to each other because someone decided to utilize the hotel, which we paid for just as they did, as a library! I felt very disrespected but decided to let it slide.
