Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Golf & Spa Resort - All Inclusive - Adults Only

Nice atmosphere, away from crowds. The view from the room was awesome.

Walking distances. Average restaurants. Rooms can be tidier.

Beautiful resort right on the beach with a great ambiance, stunning decor, and large outdoor pools. There are plenty of food and drink options across the property, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. While service at the pool bar was a bit lacking, the other bars and restaurants were excellent. A major highlight was the Pacific Lab Airstream bar—their selection of infused rums and tequilas was amazing, and the bartender, Giovanni, was super friendly, creative, and made the stay extra special! The room was spacious with a stunning view and reliable AC. Having a decent gym, a Starbucks, and a convenience store on-site was also very convenient. It was also great to be able to use our all inclusive pass at other Pueblo Bonito resorts (more than 4 others) with free shuttles in between which meant more dining and pool options!

Not being able to swim at the beach was a downside, though that’s just due to the local ocean conditions and not the resort's fault. Also be aware it's a good 35-40 min from downtown Cabo and you need to get a taxi. The shuttle between this and other Pueblo Bonito resorts involves transfers and does not take you all the way there. The Pueblo Bonito Rose was supposed to offer a swimming beach which, to our disappointment, was closed to swimming due to pollution :( Service at the pool bar could be improved—drink options were limited and a few of the bartenders were quite grumpy. We also had issues with our toilet stopping up twice, though maintenance came to fix it within a few hours of our call. Housekeeping was another minor disappointment; our room was only serviced once during our stay, and on the day we requested service, no one showed up until after 2 PM when we had already returned to the room. The gym required you to wear shoes which could have been made clearer before you make your way all the way there - it's a big resort! And obviously, you will be wearing flip flops almost all the time...:) Wi-fi was spotty at times so not suitable for remote work which led to a lot of frustration the first couple days. Also, cell signal is just not good enough anywhere in town or any of the hotels to use VPN.

No hot water in bath tub. And the food delivery is prohibited inside the resort. You need to drive about 15 minutes to the main entrance to pick up your food. And the delivery guy has to wait in front of the entrance
