We were upgraded to a new deluxe room which was like stepping into a 5 star hotel room
Spacious, nice kitchen area, spotlessly clean,patio door to outside, easy parking outside the door
Loved the cute animals in the garden
Beds were extremely firm

This was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The beds are very comfortable and the room seemed brand new. The master bedroom looked out at the alpacas and the sheep. My son really loved feeding the animals and they gave him an extra bag of food to give them when we checked out. I would definitely stay here again and I wish we had stayed longer.

Loved the alpacas and getting to feed them. Loved that the location didn’t smell of Rotorua. Beds were comfortable.
We were in the older style rooms and they were a bit lacking. Strange layout, sticky table that stayed that way even when we cleaned it, bathroom fans didn’t clear moisture, no where to hang the towels of the amount of people in the room.
