Koko Palm Inn

I had an amazing time here. The host is truly the best - warm, welcoming and made sure I had everything needed. The room was exceptionally clean, fresh and comfortable. And the location couldn't be better - right in the heart of everything, yet peaceful. Will definitely come back and recommend to everyone!

I loved the layout of the room - it's very spacious. The location in the old town is great - it's walking distance to everywhere, and not on a busy road. It's very peaceful and quite at night time & I slept very well. Koko is just a wonderful sweet lady and can't do enough for you.

As others have mentioned - once you enter through the gate to the property, the entrance looks very messy and cluttered & first impressions were a bit alarming. Maintenance in the room is well overdue - there are holes in the roof and wall of the bathroom where water runs down the walls when it's raining. Also, when I opened the door to my room - there was an overwhelming smell of mold. I understand it's hard to avoid in the tropics, however where I'm staying now doesn't have mold or smell at all. Once the bathroom is fixed, the holes are patched up and the front yard is cleaned up - it's definitely worthy of a 10!

My stay at Koko Palm was the highlight of my entire trip. The owner was so unbelievably kind and thoughtful. If you have the honor of staying here definitely get to know her, she’s a wonderful and amazing woman. The room was beautiful and I loved hanging out with the cats! 10/10 stay, vs will definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

We loved our stay with the wonderful Koko (and her sweet rescue cats!)… it felt like staying at your aunt’s or grandma’s house. Super clean, comfy, cosy and peaceful. Despite being RIGHT in the city centre, it’s really quiet and tranquil. We slept super well here. The bathrooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Aircon is perfect. Fresh bottles of water delivered outside our room each morning was a lovely touch. Koko even offered to take us to the airport herself, she’s a really lovely person! We will stay here again next time we are in Chiang Mai. You can walk everywhere from here really easily.
