The staff were very attentive and caters to our requests quickly.
There was an unpleasant (musky/damp) smell on the 7th floor hallway which could be the carpet not properly sanitized. The other floors were ok when we checked. The balcony door and the bathroom door does not close properly (Junior Suite, Rm 711)

Beautiful rooms, great location.
Lack of tv channel access. Would be good to have at least YouTube on tv.

The hotel don’t have balcony room same as we booked. They struggle for 2 hours to get room similar to pictures and type we selected but no balcony unfortunately.
The room facilities are very old and there are no power sockets in the room.
The room walls and furniture are really old and not same as pictures.
Also some towels in bathroom are damaged and we complained many times to fix our issues
