Staff were welcoming and accommodating, I arrived in the evening and room had been prepared for late check-in and instructions communicated through clearly. There was plenty of off street parking, which was great.
Bed was a bit firm for my liking, but that is neither here nor there.

the room was clean and comfortable, facilities provided, jug. toaster, microwave, cutlery were all clean ,
The hotel had no illuminated signs to show exactly where the entry was, being on a side street. We had food delivered and the uber driver could not locate us, we had to go out in the dark to the roadside to collect our food.
