Location excellent
The light at the stairway we’re not working and it was no elevator and dark to go upstairs

The location was amazing and the view of the Duomo was beautiful. The property owner was very nice and accommodating. The room was so cute and clean. The bed was ok, but we're used to tempurpedic. Would definitely stay there again.
The bed was a little firm, but not a deal breaker.

We loved the location and the room, which had an indirect view of the Duomo. The windows had new glazing and provided good sound insulation from the street noise.
It’s in the listing so we knew there was no lift.

Fantastic location
The pictures were not very up to date. Some of the rooms look lovely, just depends what you get. The rooms were a bit shabby and dated. Toilet seat had a crack in it.
