Customer service was wonderful. All the staff members were extremely accommodating in terms of answering questions, helping with luggage, and arranging taxis. My room was clean and comfortable and the location is central. I would stay again.

Great location ,excellent room and the staff were incredible I arrived early and I was able to check in early. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.
8 / 10Doskonały·wrz 2026
I gave a lower score because the one exciting part about staying somewhere is seeing the great big bed and then go to sit on it and it’s solid as a rock 😩. Breakfast was average. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Probably wouldn’t stay again.
Very hard bed
