Xperience Sea Breeze Resort

I had an amazing stay at Xperience Sea Breeze Resort in Sharm El Sheikh. My room was fantastic, offering both pool and sea views, and it was cleaned thoroughly every day during my stay. The food was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options. I would especially like to thank Mr. Mohamed Edris from the buffet restaurant. He was exceptionally attentive, professional, and always went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. He took the time to recommend different dishes for me to try and greeted me with a warm, welcoming smile every day. He is truly an incredible person who takes great pride in his work. I would also like to recognize Shady from the restaurant who was always happy to help with a smile and made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. A special mention goes to Mina at the bar. He has an amazing personality, made some of the best cocktails I've ever had, and always served guests with a smile and positive attitude. These individuals truly made my stay memorable and contributed to an outstanding holiday experience. Thank you to the entire team at Xperience Sea Breeze for your hospitality. I would highly recommend this resort and look forward to returning in the future.

While I had many positive experiences during my stay, there are a few areas where I believe improvements could be made. The front desk team could be more welcoming and helpful. I experienced issues with my key card and had to walk all the way back to the lobby, only to be told that the card was working and that I should return to my room and try again. I was advised to call if it still didn't work, which was frustrating considering the distance I had already walked. A more proactive approach would have been appreciated. I also felt that the bartender at the outdoor shisha bar could have been friendlier. I felt as though I was inconveniencing him by requesting service, rather than being welcomed as a guest. This made me feel somewhat uncomfortable and unwelcome to that bar The entertainment was enjoyable on the first night, but after that it was boring. I believe more could be done to create engaging activities day and evening entertainment throughout the week to enhance the overall guest experience. Despite these areas for improvement, the resort has great potential, and addressing these concerns would make a significant difference to future guests' experiences.

Staff including Isaak and Mamdany in housekeeping, Mohammed, Aadel and Said in catering were creative, helpful, smiling and friendly, I can go back only for them, they made my stay

No WI-Fi in the room with weak internet even in the main reception, that cost me a lot to hire a taxi and buy a portable wi-if dongle to attend an online conference. Receptionist was not saying the truth about it but told me that he will send the engineer that never happened. Mr Michael was very considerate and professional understanding my concern.

no professionalism' lift didn't work slippery everywhere rooms are old and it smells of drains everywhere to noisy music blaring out till 12 midnight can't sleep the mini bus beeps all night long and all day food was no good repetitive no GF FOOD
