Crowne Plaza Danang, an IHG Hotel

The resort is beautiful. White sand, beach front, infinity pool & fantastic views from our balcony. The staff are amazing too!!

It was just a little far from the ‘Main’ DaNang area with restaurants etc. A taxi or grab is required otherwise it’s a 40 minute walk close to My Khe beach area. This is just a personal observation.

The hotel was beautiful, we had a fantastic room with a view that overlooked the beach and the gardens. The hotel staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough to help us. The hotels pools and gardens were immaculate and well kept and the breakfast each day was of a high quality and in abundance. excellent property, highly recommend.

The only thing I didn't like, but is usual with big hotels, was the prices for eating there as opposed to eating out was quite expensive. There were three restaurants we could eat at, if we chose to, but they are quite pricey.

I loved everything especially the beautiful people the resort itself the pool the beach just had an amazing time there.Thank you Curly,zoe,simon,jessica,timekin,speedy and all the others for a great stay,i cant wait to come back

only thing i didnt like was the 3 girls in the mini mart not interested in good service more interested in their phones so refused to go there the smaller one opposite was friendlier.

rooms are very spacious and clean staff are very nice and approachable breakfast is really good but the restaurant menue is not good

the normal menu is not good. most of the time the food is not fresh service by the pool is not available almost all the time. not enough sunbeds by the beach compared to the people staying the rules of the hotel are the worst. they charged more than half a day for 6 hours late Check out. after alot of negotiations with the manager. 2 milion VDN deposit was collected upon check in and they refused to use it for room service bill. instead they asked to collect another 1,925,000 VDN for room service and refund the deposit by card. however they informed us at check in that it can be refunded by cash. honestly, everything was not bad until we spent 40 mins for check out.
