Room and location, cleanliness.
As someone with food intolerances there was a poor choice at breakfast having paid for it for both days; sausages had gluten, eggs had milk in them etc. I wasn't even offer the choice to have eggs cooked separately. Super disappointing. I wouldnt pay for breakfast again.

Location was in the heart of the city centre and only 2 minutes walk from Union Street and 10 minutes from Union SQ mall with the train / bus station there as well .
Prime spot in the city .
Nothing . As someone who has stayed in literally hundreds of hotels ( some very long stay ) , there was nothing I could find fault with .

Excellent hotel with a great central location. Staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Room was spotless and had everything we needed.

The staff were friendly and the beds were comfy.
The bathroom was tiny and there was lots of late night noise from a pub nearby.
