What didn't we like nothing, this place was amazing felt like you were in a resort, ten foot off the water, absolutely amazing view, charters coming and going. Swimming pools tropical looking, beast place i have ever stayed at.location spot on.boat club walking distance food, staff, view ,10 out of 10. Everything you need at Great sandy straits is there.
Nothing. You have a small garage, so if you have a large or high vehicle you will park in a parking spot close to your room.

Great location on the water and near the harbour (if you're doing snorkeling or whale watching). It is about 5-10mins drive to shops in Urangan along the waterfront, or a nice 15min walk. For a family of 4 though, it was absolutely fine for a weekend getaway.
The property is definitely dated, as it's going on 30+ yrs now, but otherwise still comfortable for a family. Unfortunately it does seem like some facilities - i.e. sauna and games room - weren't working when we were there, but pool was fine.

Great location right on the water.
Very tired resort.
Initially booked into #100, a 2 bed apt but was so crummy I complained and we were moved to a much nicer one.
The first apartment was grubby, unkempt, dirty carpets, stained sofa, curtains off the rails and a minuscule bathroom. It should not in my opinion be rented out at all.
