N ie and clean and good location. Rooms are modern

Wifi was slow

Great shower, comfy beds with nice pillows and bedding

Would have been nice to have side tables next to the beds for resting cuppas on.

The room smelt and looked very clean. The room was spacious. One of the beds wasn't very comfortable and I felt like I was sliding off all night. Everything we needed was in the room and there was plenty of parking for cars.

What made me feel uncomfortable was the fact my drivers licence and credit card were photographed for a 'bond' - this didn't feel professional and worried me, in fact I'm still worried about my personal information being on someones phone with all my details on it. I would like some reassurance from the motel that this information has now been cleared from the phone.

It was close to where I needed to be while staying

The property was messy, a random armchair sitting out on ground floor, mattresses, parked up in a hallway downstairs as well. The unit was not clean, a simple dust of all surfaces was not even done, dust next to the microwave, dirty cutlery in cutlery draw, dishes draining rack had orange mould, so did the shower, hair in the bathroom basin, a hole in one of the flannels, bath towels had brown spots on them. We had one useable dining chair, the other one was sitting outside our unit door, as it was broken & couldn’t be used.
