I really liked the cleanliness and location of the property. Alex was very helpful and friendly, and I especially appreciated his effort to speak Turkish.

Clean facilities, very quiet neighbourhood despite being close to the touristy cave area, parking facilities, there is a nice breakfast cafe on the main road within a few minutes walk

The room was very clean and nice, and the staff friendly and helpful. The inn is located very close to the Perama cave in a peaceful area. The cave is an amazing place to visit. We had a wonderful time in Perama!

There was no breakfast

The location is terrible... We wasted an hour and a half trying to find it because it turned out that two different villa zones outside of Ioannina have the exact same street name, '25th of March'. And by Murphy's Law, the GPS first took us to the closer but wrong location, and then we had to drive all the way back and outside the city again to find the right place... I don't know why the reviews say it's very quiet... we couldn't sleep because cars and trucks were literally driving past our heads all night. There is absolutely nothing around except houses... I would not stay here again. I would not recommend it...
