It was close by and walkable distance to a lot of things

The location was nice and quiet, yet at the same time only a short walk to restaurants and shops. The room size was also more than adequate. The staff also went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
Shower water leaked onto the bathroom floor which made the floor slippery at times. The decor in the room was a bit dated and a little damaged.

I have stayed at this property before and love the location. It is quiet and easy to get to all parts of Seminyak/Legian. The staff are lovely and the breakfast was fine. The rooms are spacious with plenty of hanging space. the kitchen has the standard appliances and the door is secure when both inside the villa and when it is vacant.
I did find the beds very very hard. The pool is good, but could do with an updated mat to lie on beside the pool. I happen to like sunbaking and the orientation of this particular villa did not allow for that. (16). Other villas may be different. The step up into the pool would not be suitable for those with mobility issues or small children.

The properties are so dated and needs updating. The photos are deceptive.the most uncomfortable beds and pillows I have ever slept on.
The wardrobes were coming apart, there was musky smell in the room.
That said the staff was extremely nice , the breakfast was good and the location very central.
