Franklin Manor

We received the friendliest welcome from staff member Debbie at hotel that we have ever had. She was extremely polite, informative and helpful. My wife had a sprained ankle at the time & she brought her ice throughout our stay to reduce the swelling around my wife’s ankle. The Franklin Manor is a beautiful Colonial style building with very comfortable rooms. The manor has two beautifully furnished sitting rooms with fireplaces and a pool room. It is in a quiet location. We did not dine at the manor so I can’t comment about their food. I rate this stay very highly.

Great staff - we were very well-looked after and nothing appeared to be too much trouble Fabulous food and wine Great ambience in the hotel

The water in the bathroom was warm, but not hot, which made it difficult to have a hot bath after a day out exploring the area.

The lounge areas were lovely and open fireplace

Very expensive for such a small room. It seems that if you book on their website you get breakfast included however if you book on another platform at the same value you do not get breakfast included. Very disappointing
