This place is truly an oasis. We arrived after a drive of several hours from Windhok and received a very warm welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and bright, with a strong, constant flow of hot water in the shower. The grounds are well-maintained and feature beautiful vegetation. The meals were simply excellent. we stayed for 3 nights, and every meal offered a different variety along with courteous service. At night, we could view the stars from the roof. The property offers various activity options. we drove ourselves to the Sesriem dunes—a 40-minute drive to the reserve's first entrance gate. We spent the afternoon by the beautiful pool, which overlooks the scenery, and watched the local animales. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning. Drink prices were reasonable, and the staff helped us out with a few small requests. Overall, it is a wonderful place—far exceeding expectations for such a rugged region.

The property, the comfort, the food, the staff, everything was perfect. We wish we stayed there forever. The cottage was amazingly beautiful and comfortable, with a great design and character and luxurious. We did not use any other amenities like the pool - only 1 night stay.

This is not on the accommodation or in their control but: There was a group from Israel that took over the pool, and surrounding area. 1 guy was snorkel swimming for hours with no one else able to use the poiSuper disrespectful & nasty. All chairs taken over by that group with their staff stuff scattered around. Once that guy was out of the pool with all his swing gear he blew his nose in the pool in front of me - Gross!
