The hotel has a feel of a rustic yet modern comfy and pleasant home. The staff was very warm, welcoming, and very informative (We talked with Costa and Nikolas, both of which were the best hosts we had so far in out travels in greece!) Our kids really liked them as well. We loved the view, the breakfast was excellent, and our kids loved the gaming room (card and board games, no electronics). The beds were very, very comfortable, and we needed that after long days of activities in the region.
The room was a bit dark. Only two windows, and quite small. Though the lighting was great, and the rest of the hotel had plenty of sunlight (especially the porches). Also, there was no place to do or hang laundry. Not that serious, but could be a plus. Lastly (and this is about Aristi, not the hotel), the local minimarket has a limitied selection of items. But in our trips, you could buy what you needed in nearby villages.
