Was a large three bedroom and exceptionally clean.

Close proximity to Main Street and direct access to beach. Apartment large and comfortable
Poor wifi. Not much space around pool area given amount of accommodation

Great location, backs onto the beach, and is just a few minutes to Johnston St shops and restaurants.
Pool is warm and child friendly depths, spa is a great way to unwind. Bonus points for Smart TV, and extras at little to no cost like boogie boards, beach towels, and Cabanas. Communal BBQ is a plus too.
Kitchen really well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils.
Indoor and outdoor undercover eating was helpfully too, as was the full sized fridge.
Just a heads up to request the back apartments over the front to listen to the surf at night and watch the Solar Train ramble past during the day.

Location was good
Very dated. Bathrooms needed modernisation and toilet seats replaced.

"Outrigger Bay is literally around the corner from the Main Street of Byron Bay. You also have access directly to the beach too. Close to everything."
