Friendly staff, nice big room

Hot water was the main issue, every time I wanted a shower. I was told I had to leave the shower running for 30 minutes before it would heat up, and even then it was just Luke warm, never got hot. Ordered room service, a soup and a milkshake at 3pm, then they called back 10 minutes later and said that they didn’t have either available even though it was on the menu.

The properties are okay and the staff are very good. They are very sufficient. they’re looked after us.

J'ai réservé un massage à mon arrivée. La thérapeute était très forte, compétence et professionnelle. En soirée, il y avait un groupe qui jouait de la musique et chantait: super communicatif avec les touristes qui soupaient. Les deux serveuses en training Mia et Andretta étaient très attentives. Et elles m'ont présenté Ferry, le barman, pour qu'il me fasses des cafés au Cointreau, même si ce n'était pas au menu. Pour le transfert à l'aéroport, c'est très rassurant! Merci !

NO HOT WATER. I complained to reception and requested a meeting with a manager. I informed her about the hot water and the western breakfast. The breakfast was fixed but not the water. After putting up with the water for 3 weeks I once again spoke to reception. They sent someone to the room, no change. I spoke to them again and they said there was a problem with the water heater. Next day the water was better, but still not good
