Art Gallery Hotel Athens

The location was great, and the included breakfast was at a bakery across the street. We had amazing omelettes there every morning. There was a sitting room and balcony on our floor. which was nice and very much needed as the room was too small to really hang out in.

Unfortunately, our room was a very small and the bathroom was very narrow with a tiny shower. I am not a large person, but I could not even turn around in it. It did not have a door, it had a plastic curtain which was constantly coming in contact with my body while I was showering. Then when you got out of the shower, you had to turn sideways just to get past the sink. Definitely not a pleasant showering experience! There also weren't enough places to plug in our devices. One of the outlets did not work, so we had to unplug the coffee machine and the table lamps to have useable outlets. This was likely an apartment building converted into a hotel. There was one other room on our floor. It's very possible some of the other rooms were nicer than ours.

very nice location, a lovely reception who tried her best to fulfill our wishes. Very kind and genuinely friendly.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff were friendly.

My room was very tired and looked out on a wall. The breakfast was in a cafe round the corner, The reception was closed from 6pm. Although they asked when you were arriving they gve no indication if you were going to be late you would need an access code. This was unsettling.
