Very convenient location next to Jemaa el-Fnaa square. Nice modern design. Beautiful rooftop terrace, but they don't have the restaurant there anymore.
Breakfast was basic, they could at least add some fruits. There was no floor towel for the shower. We asked for it but didn't get it. When you order a taxi from the riad they charge 150 dirhams, but you can get a taxi for one fifth of that by walking across the square to the main street.

Location is excellent, it was modern and clean. There was an oil heater in my room so wasn’t cold - we stayed in Dec. Staff didn’t speak great English but we got there. Nice hot showers also.
My parents room stunk of cat pee on the 2nd day. My shower didn’t drain properly and the water overflowed into the room slightly so had to keep showers short.

Location is perfect, just 1 minute from the square.
Aicha made our breakfast and cleaned our rooms very well and Said watched over us. They were very friendly and kind.
Location is absolutely fantastic!
The design is very cool, just some small TLC as candles, fresh flowers, soft music woul make entrance great and that you actually would consider spending time...
Rooftop was never cleaned, dusty, some sundeck chairs for relaxing during daytime would make big difference.
