The hotel is very well located close to the airport. Staff is in general very friendly. The shuttle service runs very reliable and you are dropped at the airport within 15 minutes.
I use this hotel quite often and for some time now the hotel is getting an increasingly dated feel, especially the hallways and rooms. Also -and this is not the first time I notice this- the water in the shower is oftentimes lukewarm at best and Bogotá tends to be cold. There is also no way to regulate the temperature in the room.
