Staff were amazing, an inexpensive upgrade got me a ground floor apartment that was amazing. I had the best sleep of my whole holiday there

We loved the location and that we had a warm cosy room to go to after the Ferry Ride.
Kudos to the staff for allowing the late check-in.
Extra Kudos for your extra holiday tips.
Being so central to the cafes and the harbour was a bonus.

location
family room was upstairs and carrying gear up the stairs was a mission with 2 children - one of whom was only 4 months old. The plumbing and drainage were very noisy. No cot available
