The Staff (particularly Omar since we had more time with him) were amazing. It's a pretty Riad but is starting to show it's wear a bit.
I didn't care for the bed or the pillows. My husband said that because it was Morocco not to expect much. We did meet another couple who stayed in a Riad a few streets away and their room was much larger, their bed was superior and they had a variety of pillows to choose from. I was a bit disappointed when I found out they paid about 25% less than we did.

The location was phenomenal. The decor was beautiful and the room spacious. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating with requests regarding dinner, airport transfers, etc. Thank you to all of the staff, especially Omar and Mariam, for all of their help.
Nothing.

The location was good and the staff friendly
The room was not ckeaned properly during our stay, the floors were dirty and we had to ask several times for clean towels. There was no soap or shampoo, only hand wash.
