DoubleTree by Hilton Gurgaon New Delhi NCR

It was an amazing stay at DoubleTree. I really enjoyed staying there. The staff were great, the room was cozy and comfortable, the location was excellent, and the service was always fast. The complimentary welcome cookie was such a nice touch, and I liked it so much that I ended up buying a few packs at checkout. The complimentary breakfast also had a good amount of options, and the food tasted really good. The location was very convenient and extremely close to the metro. I didn’t get a chance to use it, but it was so close that I could actually see it from my room. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay.

The swimming pool and gym areas were a bit small, although still enough to use. The pool area could also have been cleaner, especially the chairs and seating area. I didn’t use the pool, but I spent some time there relaxing, and I felt the area could be maintained a little more often.

Great breakfast spread by Chef Amit and the staff were kind and hospitable. Thank you to the check in team and the manager for accommodating us!

Good breakfast

Scope for improvement in Taste of food

Location

Property is very tired and cleanliness not up to the mark. Also items like inconsistent hot water and plug sockets not working was disappointing
