Säters Stadshotell

I woke up a little after 8 a.m., starving, and headed to the breakfast room… There was a little food, but no coffee or water 😅 Other guests started gathering, and we all discussed the situation in broken English, asking, “What’s going on?” We called the front desk, and after a while, a staff member showed up! …Could it be… they overslept⁉️😂 I ended up having breakfast with the ladies who’d fought so hard to get some food. If the hotel had handled things more smoothly, we wouldn’t have had this interaction… so in a way, I’m actually grateful to the hotel⁉️😆

I sent a question to the hotel through the Booking.com form, but I never received a response. While it wasn't a critical issue, I think it's important to respond properly.

De ligging en de grote van de kamer

De slaapbank daar viel niet op te slapen want de vereringen staken in je lijf. We hebben 1 ochtend van de 4 goed ontbijt gehad verder heel weinig en de laatste dag was er helemaal géén ontbijt.
