The location was perfect, the room was spacious and clean and the staff (Enrica and Moira) were charming and very helpful.

The accommodations were very nice, and we were able to drive up to the place to check-in. They offer a place to park nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Everything was clean.
The location was good, but it was closer to the entrance of the town, so to reach the top plaza area was a trek. We only stayed one night though, so not really a deal breaker.

Beautifully restored historic building. Thoughtful antique furnishings with modern styling. Excellent location. Owners and staff went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay.
Clean rooms. Excellent breakfast in lovely dining room. Parking available. Can not say enough about this excellent hotel.

Location was great, easy to walk everywhere. Staff was so nice. Breakfast was great. Montepulciano is beautiful and walkable. The shower was great. THere is an elevator, and the rooms are bright.
The beds were hard, and the pillows flat. The blanket was thin, maybe because of the heat they've been having, but it wasn't comfy. There was a little desk and a minifridge, and a big wardrobe that we couldn't open. It was a bit squished for space, but not atypical for a hotel room.
