Great location by the bus stations. Lovely cosy room nice decoration, very clean and fantastic breakfast.

My room was simple, clean, and comfortable. I had dinner there which was really good, and the breakfast was lovely and very generous. Tea and (instant) coffee are available any time, self-serve - that was nice, hot tea in my room in the evening. The people were friendly, kind, and helpful. The gentleman who served my dinner recommended an excellent local beer, just what I needed after a long day of travel ☺️ There are some sweet little cats in the garden which are friendly too.

The only thing that wasn't smooth was checking in, because the staff can't hear the doorbell or knocking when they are doing other tasks. So I stood out side with my luggage for a while (after dark, but felt totally safe, single female), and walked around peering in windows until another guest happened to come by and let me in. The next day as I was leaving I saw a couple with luggage stuck outside doing the same thing, so I let them in! If you arrived late or it was raining or really cold, this situation could be unpleasant. If this happens to you, just go into the restaurant and ask for help.

Comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom, mini fridge, 24hr access to tea and coffee just outside the door, easy short walk into town, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. Not too far from the lake (where we visited several times!). We could see Mt Villarica from our room on clear days - a spectacular sight.

Our room was next to the access road to the bus stop, so could get busy. Some noise from room above. Restaurant where breakfast was served was unheated and cold.

Breakfast was lovely.

Room was small. Staff weren't particularly friendly. The laundry was next to our room and staff were constantly hanging stuff out to dry outside our room.
