Location is everything for us
Horrible shower. Room 6. No armchair to sit in. Very tiny.

Once again, another great stay. This is our favorite place to stay in Auckland. We love the proximity to public transport - 5min walk to the bus or 10 to the train. Newmarket westfield is a 5min walk away also.
The staff are always cheerful, and the rooms are always clean and tidy. We find the beds and pillows comfortable, and the rooms always have everything we need foe our stays.

Location is good, heating is good, TV is good.
It was quite unusual that the owner took a photo of the back of my credit card, including all of the card details. I was shocked. She noticed my reaction and asked whether I was comfortable with her doing that. I told her I would prefer that she didn't, so she immediately deleted the photo.
Even though she deleted it, I still feel uncomfortable about the incident. As a precaution, I now need to cancel the card and request a replacement.
