The Pine Marten by Innkeeper's Collection

Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and very filling.

Breakfast was excellent

Nothing

Close to RHS Garden Harlow Carr. Quiet. Large room. Enjoyed dinner.

Missed a toilet brush and a second chair. Got too many e-mail reminders beforehand.

Bed was comfortable

Room was very cold, we turned the radiator on and went down for dinner when we came up it was still really cold and going by the plan we had the smallest room in the hotel which I don’t understand as I wouldn’t say it was cheap, the ceiling came down at both sides of the room which was ok for me as I’m small but difficult enough for my husband when he had to get up in the middle of the night for the bathroom. The breakfast was also a let down, just a table with teas and juice, no cereal, yoghurt or pastries, staff were pleasant enough but I heard them apologise to a few customers about breakfast!
